-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:-Develop a strategic plan to advance Brady global IDS lead and revenue generation through inbound Marketing channels.-Work collaboratively across multiple functions to drive plans, campaigns and promotions-Ensure strategy is executed regionally in a manner that results in growth at or above the expectations-Work with external resources as needed (ie Google)-Provide thought leadership on paid Digital advertising-Set global strategic direction for paid search / Digital advertising-Collaborate with regional Marketing managers; agree regional traffic and revenue targets from paid initiatives-Offer oversight of regional Marketing execution-Execute regular reporting, collaborative strategic planning, and performance management-Define keyword terms and write effective ad copy that is highly relevant and targeted to Brady’s products and/or services-Conduct extensive keyword research, analyze & test keyword performance across multiple channels with multiple campaigns-Analyze and test different “creative”, different ad copy across different networks-Analyze and test “behaviors based Marketing” techniques, retargeting techniques and help develop a paid strategy which maximizes on the latest targeting technologies-Work with other Digital and Marketing functions to ensure all activity is complementary e.g. landing page maximization, brand compliance, etc.-Monitor bid and adjustment of search media campaigns across multiple sites-Manage media budgets and hit monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metrics-Builds and optimizes keywords lists, with a continuous test and learn practice, to deliver a strong ROI-Ability to write ad/landing page copy according to best practices for Google Quality Scores-Contributes to development of Global SEM Strategy-Assist in management of regional paid search budget and ROI-Aides in developing a processes / best practise to deliver sustained growth and improve ROI-Researches and strategizes paid search campaign plans

Experiencia y requisitos:Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience• 3-5 years inbound Marketing experience or equivalent• Experience with Agile Marketing a plus• Good understanding of best practices around Digital Marketing• Proficient in software applications for SEO, paid, social, etc.• Good math and analytical skills• Complete proficiency of Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Excel skills• Able to think creatively about innovative Marketing• Have a strong interest in the future of Digital Marketing• Demonstrated data analysis and analytical skills with the ability to organize and manage large volumes of data• Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, organized, with high Quality Assurance standards• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines• Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented, challenging Internet environment• Google Certifications preferred
